If you have not registered your child/children for Religious Education for the 2008-2009 school year, please talk with Bonnie Buzenski as soon as possible.  You will need to fill out the following...

• Family information form (purple)
• student information form (purple)
• student medical form (ivory)
• student fee (white fee envelope)
• baptismal certificate (if your child/children were not baptized at Little Flower)
